The Problem

Businesses spend too much time on procurement

Many companies continue to place orders through calls, messengers, and email. Searching for suppliers, negotiating terms, and controlling deliveries happen in different channels, complicating procurement and increasing errors. The goal is to unify the entire procurement cycle in a single mobile app and reduce manual operations.

How we reduced manual operations

Instead of calling suppliers, negotiating in messengers, and working with price lists, the user gets a single tool for finding products, placing orders, and controlling deliveries.

Fast Product Search

Users can quickly find needed items among many suppliers and categories. The interface helps reduce search time and move to ordering faster.

Project Results

The project made it possible to design a mobile experience for a B2B marketplace focused on wholesale procurement.

During the work, scenarios for product search, supplier interaction, and business order placement were developed.

This case study differs from classic e-commerce solutions by focusing not on impulse purchases, but on regular business processes where speed of ordering, supply transparency, and convenience of repeat procurement are key.
